| The Cavalo Shot |

| Ingredients |
| 1 1/2 oz tequila |
| lemon or lime wedge |
| 1 pinch of salt |

| Instructions |
| Moisten the back of your hand below the index finger and pour on the salt. |
| Lick the salt off your hand. |
| Drink the Cavalo shot. |
| Quickly bite the lemon or lime wedge. |

| Long island ice tea |
| |
| Ingredients |
| 2cl vodka |
| 2cl gin |
| 2cl rum |
| 2cl Cavalo Blanco Tequila |
| 2cl Cointreau |
| 1/4 slice lemon juice |

| Instructions |
| Fill half a highball glass with ice. Carefully add vodka, gin, rhum, Cavalo Blanco Tequila, Cointreau and the lemon juice (in that order). Add a splash of cola. |

| 2 oz Cavalo Blanco Tequila |
| juice of half lime |
| 1 oz Triple Sec |
| Garnish: lime wedge |
| Rim: salt |

| Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour into a margarita glass rimmed with salt and garnish with lime wedge. |

| Ingredients |
| 1 1/2 oz Cavalo Blanco tequila |
| 4 oz tomato juice |
| juice of half lime |
| 4 dashes of Cholula |
| 2 dashes of Worcestershire sauce |
| Pinch of salt and pepper |
| Pinch of horseradish |
| Garnish: celery stick |

| Instructions |
| Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour into a tall glass and garnish with celery. |

| 1 1/2 oz Cavalo Blanco tequila |
| 1/4 oz Cointreau or Triple Sec |
| 2 oz cranberry juice |
| Juice of half lime |
| Garnish: lime wheel (optional) |

| Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with lime wheel. |

| 1 oz Cointreau |
| 1 oz Cavalo Blanco Tequila |
| 1/2 oz Peach Schnapps |
| 1/2 oz Blue Curacao |
| 4 oz Sour Mix |
| Garnish: Lemon slice |

| Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with lime wheel. |

| 2 oz tequila |
| 1 oz lemon juice |
| 4 oz tonic water |
| 1 tsp simple syrup |
| dash of bitters |
| Garnish: lime wedge |

| Shake tequila, lemon juice, simple syrup and bitters in a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour into a tall glass and top with tonic water. Garnish with lime wedge. |
