Cavalo Tequila was created keeping in mind the traditional Mexican techniques of slow extraction from Jalisco’s ripest and sweet blue Agave plant to give it its unique smooth taste with a hint of fresh baked agave taste and a subtle sweetness.

The area of Jalisco is known for producing top Agave plants, which are allowed to grow for many years. Once harvested, the piñas are steamed slowly in hornos (controlled ovens) for 50-70 hours, until the desired sweet Agave flavor is reached. The baked Agave is then pressed slowly to release its sweet juices, which are then fermented, distilled twice.
It is our constant effort to maintain the quality of Cavalo Blanco Tequila and give everyone a unique experience of this legendary Mexican drink.
